Detail: single and double glazing
Double glazed partition with vertical separation profiles

Classic glazed partition

Laminated or tempered glazing is mounted between peripheral aluminum profiles and separated by vertical uprights at regular intervals (total thickness of the glass partition of 79 or 100 mm)

Single glazings of 5 to 6 mm are centered on the profiles. They offer sound insulation from 34 to 36 decibels depending on the type of glazing.

The double glazing of 5 to 6 m fixed on both sides of the profiles (air gap of 60-80 mm between the glazings) offer an acoustic insulation of 42 to 44 decibels according to the type of glazing.

Edge to edge glass partitions

Mounted between peripheral aluminum profiles, laminated or tempered glass is placed edge to edge without vertical uprights (end of translucent PVC joint between each glazed module).

Single glazings of 10 to 12 mm are centered on the profiles. They offer acoustic insulation from 43 to 46 decibels depending on the type of glazing.

The 10 to 12 mm double glazings fixed on both sides of the profiles (air gap of 60 mm between glazings) offer acoustic insulation of 41 to 48 decibels depending on the type of glazing.

Translucent glazed partition

To preserve a certain privacy, all glass partitions can be made translucent in their entirety or partially

Either a sandblasting finish is applied to the entire glazing, or partial translucent stickers (strips, logos, etc.) can be applied to let the light diffuse.

If necessary, blinds with thin metallic slats can be placed between the double glazings to allow total or no concealment.

Colored glass partition

In the colored glass partition, all the glazings can be tinted while remaining transparent. To do this, a colored film is slid between the two sheets of glass laminated glass or placed on one side of the initial clear glass.

The doors

Full wood doors have the best acoustic insulation (with internal down plinth).

They can be standard height or full height.

The glazed doors are either 100% glazed and acoustically inefficient or with double glazed door leaf integrated in an aluminum frame with internal low-down plinth (very acoustically insulating)

Sliding doors (glazed or solid) are less acoustically efficient but allow openings of very large dimensions and of course a saving of space.
